We built an ΑΙ digital human interaction system that integrates various forms of human-computer interaction and ΑΙ technology. It enabled Duxiaoxiao to have anthropomorphic thinking, expression, emotion, and independent learning ability.

- We used questionnaires, user Interviews, and desk research to collect user requirements of virtual assistants and the problems of existed products. Abundant research was performed throughout the design including script rehearsal, motion capture, emotion simulation, and 3D rendering to make Duxiaoxiao look authentic and vivid. We utilized small-scope tests, and collected and analyzed user feedback to improve user experience and product customer satisfaction.
