A blend of natural sunlight, interactive landscape and art installations greatly enhance the quality of space and passenger experiences. As a mixed-use development, the retail podium is the center piece and at the same time acting like a catalyst for office and apartment towers. The formal entrances to the office towers are located along the city’s financial street, while the apartments’ lobbies are facing a much quieter courtyard space with more privacy. We dedicated all three major street corners for shopping mall entrances to take advantage of the heavy foot traffic. The entrance facade of the mall features exquisite use of double glazed curtain walls with special lighting design to give it a very trendy and dynamic look. The interior of the mall is kept simple and elegant to bring together high end retail, anchor and specialty stores, F&B and additional social functions for a unique experience the city never had before.
