Inženjersko obnavljanje je akademski centar za razmenu nastao rekonstrukcijom prizemne bolničke zgrade u Guigangu. Zadržan je originalni raspored sa tri odeljka, dok prstenasta greda sa pokrovnom pločom, samostalni čelični stubovi, sistem sajli i novi dvospratni prostor podupiru konstrukciju. Krovni crepovi su obnovljeni. Staklo i čelik su glavni materijali enterijera, uz imitaciju drveta kao dopunu. Uključeni su izložbena galerija slikarstva i kaligrafije, kao i osunčana atrijumska prostorija. Nekadašnja zgrada od 375 kvadratnih metara dobija dodatnih 587 kvadratnih metara, dostižući ukupno 962 kvadratna metra.

Resurfacing the roof tiles.In terms of interior space design, glass and steel are the main materials, supplemented by imitation wood materials.
