Ryouriyado Yamazaki je japanska gostionica koja se nalazi u gradu Ečizen, u prefekturi Fukui u Japanu. Nekadašnja armiranobetonska zgrada zamenjena je drvenom konstrukcijom. Solidna privatna kuća izgrađena pre otprilike 120 godina u istom regionu Hokuriku premeštena je i oživljena kao glavna zgrada. Postojeći elementi stolarije i unutrašnji materijali ponovo su iskorišćeni kako bi se očuvao istorijski ambijent. Drvo, malter i obnovljena drvena stolarija postavljeni su rukom tradicionalnih zanatlija. Dvospratna gostionica projektovana je tako da bude u skladu sa surovom klimom priobalnog područja.

- The request was to change the RC inn to a wooden structure.
So, we relocated the robust old private house from the same Hokuriku area and revived. This plan was consistent with the owner's concept. This stately private house built 120 years ago was too large to be a general house, but it became the characteristic building as the accommodation facility by reusing.
We also reused all the fittings and interior materials that had been used before not to hurt the atmosphere of the historic house. - Димензије и паковање
