Haven of Echoes je stambeni enterijer koji pretvara lična sećanja u aktivan deo svakodnevnog života. Knjige, nasleđeni nameštaj i sakupljeni artefakti ugrađeni su u sisteme cirkulacije, skladištenja i izlaganja, stvarajući dom u kojem sećanje i rutina koegzistiraju. Prozračne zidne obloge od dijatomejske zemlje regulišu vlažnost i upijaju kuhinjske mirise, pomažući očuvanju restauriranog nasleđenog nameštaja i kolekcija knjiga, dok kuhinjska, trpezarijska i dnevna zona ostaju otvorene i povezane. Rezidencija se prostire na oko 130 kvadratnih metara, sa zidovima za knjige po meri koji se uzdižu do 3,5 metara.

Books, heirloom pieces, and collected artifacts are embedded into circulation, display, and storage systems, allowing personal history to unfold naturally through daily life. The integration of breathable diatomaceous earth walls enhances environmental comfort while preserving openness across the kitchen, dining, and living zones.

- The residence spans approximately 130 square meters, organized into open-plan kitchen, living, and dining zones. Ceiling heights range from 2.7 to 3.2 meters to maximize daylight and openness. Custom book walls rise to 3.5 meters with a 1.2-meter depth, integrating storage and circulation. The central island measures 2.4 by 1.5 meters, while breathable diatomaceous wall finishes support passive odor absorption and humidity regulation.

- This qualitative residential design study investigated how personal memory and collected artifacts can become part of everyday life. Research focused on circulation behavior, domestic rituals, and preservation needs through homeowner interviews, observation, and material testing. Findings informed a spatial strategy that improves usability, passive environmental comfort, and long-term heritage preservation, demonstrating how memory-driven interiors can enrich both daily living quality and emotional continuity.
