- The floating staircase can be the highlight, drawing visitors’ attention as they explore the art pieces displayed around the room. This blend of art, design, and functionality can create a unique and inviting atmosphere for visitors. This design effectively combines lighting, furniture, material finishes, and color palette to create a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing dining area.

- The staircase is features open risers and horizontal wooden treads, giving the appearance of floating steps. These treads are connected to a central dark metal stringer, which adds a sleek and contemporary touch to the overall design. The handrail, also made of wood, curves smoothly around the edge of the staircase, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

The staircase features smooth, curved wooden panels that create a flowing, organic look, adding a sense of movement and elegance to the space. This design exemplifies how practical elements can be incorporated into living spaces without compromising on elegance and aesthetics.

- The entrance is located on the middle floor of this apartment, which serves as a central hub. The visitor area is situated downstairs, while the private quarters are upstairs. Common areas such as the gym and living room are on the middle floor, making them easily accessible. Visitors can enjoy meals in the kitchen and dining area, and relax in the play area and tearoom, all located downstairs. The owner’s private quarters upstairs provide a peaceful retreat, ensuring privacy and tranquility
