Rezidencija u Limasolu VI je privatna kuća projektovana kao zgrada gotovo nulte energetske potrošnje. Kuća je otvorena ka jugu i ka pogledu, koristeći lokalne uslove životne sredine za postizanje toplotnog komfora. Bela forma u obliku slova Z pruža zaštitu od sunca i povezuje natkriveni parking prostor sa glavnom masom objekta. Veliki prozori unose dnevnu svetlost i povezuju enterijer sa okruženjem. Raspored prostorija odvaja zajedničke i privatne zone i štiti privatnost od pogleda sa ulice. Konstrukciju čini armirani beton, a čitava zgrada je termički izolovana.

- The aim of this project in Limassol was the creation of an nZEB, bioclimatic house, which is open to the south and to the view, whilst it takes advantage of the environmental conditions in order to achieve thermal comfort. The need for sun protection was resolved by the creation of a white "Z" shaped form, which integrates the covered parking spot with the main building volume.
