Nexcell Orbit RX je mašina za brizganje elastomera sa fizičkim penjenjem, razvijena za proizvodnju međuđonova obuće. Mašina meša superkritični gas sa plastikom i oblikuje delove brizganjem, čime se izbegava hemijsko penjenje, a materijal se može u potpunosti reciklirati. Dva ležišta i dvostruke brizgaljke omogućavaju više režima proizvodnje na ograničenom fabričkom prostoru. Kućište je izrađeno od obloženog lima u beloj i plavoj boji sa integrisanim upozoravajućim svetlom. Bočni i zadnji pristupi olakšavaju zamenu kalupa, čišćenje i redovno održavanje.

However, its chemical foaming will bring problems such as harmful gas generated during decomposition, materials that cannot be recycled, complicated manufacturing processes, and the size of the finished product that is not easy to control. NexCell was successfully developed to make lighter shoes that could solve environmental pollution and meet consumers psychological expectations at the same time.

The rear side of the machine adopts a modular enclosure design with a laser-cut mesh window design of the brand logo to enhance brand recognition and facilitate heat dissipation, monitoring, and safety protection functions, further enhancing competitiveness.
