Laguna 182 je stambena zgrada u Itaжaju, Santa Katarina, Brazil. Kula ima dvadeset devet spratova i četrdeset jedan stan raspoređen u četrnaest različitih tlocrta, sa po dva stana po spratu. Zakrivljene i vijugave linije oblikuju fasadu. Konzolne betonske terase menjaju položaj na svakom spratu, tako da svaki stan ima privatnu baštu. Prirodna vegetacija raste po celoj zgradi. Materijali obuhvataju beton, staklo, keramiku, pocinkovani čelik, aluminijumski kompozitni materijal i sertifikovano drvo. Dizajn ima za cilj da smanji uticaj na životnu sredinu i podrži osećaj zajedništva.

- Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
