Monja je japanski restoran površine oko 230 kvadratnih metara. Fasada okrenuta ka zapadu formirana je visokim staklenim prozorima, pa je preko cele površine postavljena veoma tanka drvena rešetka kako bi se ublažila jaka sunčeva svetlost. Enterijer obuhvata privatne prostorije, šank gde kuvar sprema hranu pred gostima, otvoren prostor za zabave i terasu pored privatne bašte. Jedna staklena privatna prostorija može se podeliti na dva dela pomoću zvučno izolovane klizne pregrade. Rešetka pruža privatnost bez čvrstih zidova i stvara mirnu igru svetlosti i senke.

- The height of the glass windows on the façade is very high but I installed a very thin wooden grid over the entire surface of the windows.
