Bay Arce je restoran sa morskim specijalitetima smešten u zgradi kruzing terminala u luci Kanazava. Trpezarijski prostor je okrenut ka moru kroz staklenu fasadu od poda do plafona, a pogled se postepeno otkriva posetiocima dok se krећу од улаза ка унутрашњости. Zapremina sa sedištima formira veliki zaobljeni oblik koji podseća na brod, izgrađen od fino obrađenih komada drveta Noto Hiba iz prefekture Išikava.
