Rreth Cotton Spate Konsol Ekspozimi

Cotton Spate është një konsol ekspozimi i projektuar për një dyqan pop-up. Konsoli paraqet një numër të vogël produktesh, në mënyrë që vëmendja të mbetet te çdo artikull. Forma e tij është frymëzuar nga fushat e luleve organike të pambukut Pima, të cilat rriten pranë një liqeni në Peru. Një sipërfaqe e bardhë tredimensionale me valëzime mban pllaka të holla metalike rrethore që bartin artikujt. Pjesa e valëzuar është prej shkume me densitet të lartë, e formuar me dorë sipas një modeli kompjuterik, ndërsa pllakat janë prej metali të lyer me bojë të bardhë. Banaku dhe mbështjellësi i jashtëm janë prej druri. Hapësira ruajtëse ndodhet nën sipërfaqen e valëzuar.

Veçoritë Unike: The typical pop-up store console place too many products that the customer loses their interest in those products immediately when they see the messy condition. However, the Cotton Spate minimizes the amount to emphasize the importance of products by the purity.

Teknologjia e Prodhimit: The wavy material is high-density foam and crafted by hand by referencing a three-dimensional computer model. The circular surface is white painted metal inserted into the high-density foam. The counter and outside enclosure of the console is crafted by the carpenter with wood.
Sfida e Dizajnit: The hardest part of this project is to compose the right material and tools for archiving a three-dimensional surface portion due to the budget limitation. Usually, the best ways to compose such a design, it is best to utilize CNC digital fabrication, however, it costs too much for this pop-up shelf. In the end, the attentive solution is to incorporate other industry master craftsmen to cut the high-density foam by hand by referencing the computer model.
Kërkimi: The main objective of this project is to find the most efficient ways to craft a three-dimensional surface by choosing the right material and crafting tools. By incorporating other industry skills, the design archive the minimum expanse to assemble the shelf.
Frymëzimi: The inspiration for the design is the filed of organic Pima cotton flower which the brand exclusively used for its product. The Pima cotton flower grows by the lake in Peru and it creates a strong impression of purity. The shelf incorporates the identity of the brand by creating a white three-dimensional wavy surface and host circular thin metal plates to present their items.
Kohëzgjatja e Projektit: The design phase started in July, finished construction in September and opened to the public on October 2019.
Rrjedha e Operimit: The customer accesses from the front side to the items, while the store operator stands behind the counter. There is also storage space underneath of wavy surface console to keep their stock for sales.
