Forma bazohet në një lule me shtatë petale, ku secili petal përmban dozën për një ditë. Çdo petal mban një numër të printuar për të lehtësuar identifikimin. Një vijë prerëse në diskun qendror lejon heqjen e një pilule të vetme. Duke thyer një petal, folja shqyhet dhe një pjesë e numrit shkatërrohet, çka tregon se ende duhet marrë një dozë tjetër atë ditë. Qendra transparente është një fletë plastike konvekse e mbushur me ujë, kështu që qendra funksionon si një xham zmadhues për të lexuar udhëzimet.
