Cilmi-baadhis: Yunnan is the most concentrated gathering place of ethnic minorities in southwestern China and even the whole country. 26 ethnic minorities live in this area, which has produced rich and colorful food culture and national culture.
As the main presenter of Yunnan ethnic specialties, the founder's dream is to let the leek go out of Yunnan to the world, and then let the leek rank one step further in China's major cuisines.
