Clinicians use small, screwdriver-sized tools for rapid fitting, precise customization, and incremental adjustments during patient recovery.

Cilmi-baadhis: This applied research addresses the need for anatomically accurate, rapidly customizable orthopedic braces. Over 600 anonymized patient hand CT scans were analyzed through AI driven segmentation ,Pix2Pix GAN, implicit skinning algorithms for standardized anatomic alignment, and statistical modeling, Principal Component Analysis, for sizing. Mechanical tests validated structural integrity, while clinical use provided feedback for sizing, comfort and fitting procedures influencing the design.

Inspired by the precision engineering of timepiece mechanics and sailing rigging systems, Bracesys emerged from a quest to develop a rapid, expert-driven approach that precisely accommodates diverse and evolving patient anatomies, prioritizing comfort, speed, and sustainability.
