Tiknoloojiyada Soo Saarka: The columnar structure considering sustainability is designed to be able to cope with future scalability and changes. GFRC, which constitutes the exterior, is a technology manufactured through a mold and synthesizes concrete and glass fibers to implement a system with a durability of 100 years in design. The interior design of the unit was carried out with a new configuration considering openness and scalability, away from the existing residence framework using smart glass technology.
Caqabadda Naqshadda: The project is a project to create a new residential trend in Korea, an advanced city. It overcomes the physical limitations of space, provides high-end space for the high cost, high income class through economic, cultural, artistic approaches. This is a new challenge in property value. And the positive response and response of consumers in the current volatile real estate market disproves the successful settlement of the project.
