O dizajnu Simple Assembly Okvir za plakat

Simple Assembly je modularen razstavni stojalni sistem za plakate. Sistem uporablja štiri velikosti palic iz aluminijeve zlitine ter tri dodatke. Vsaka palica ima konkaven in konveksen spoj, z magnetom na enem koncu in kovino na drugem, tako da se palice povezujejo v ravne ali L-oblikovane konfiguracije. Gumijasti konektorji povezujejo do tri palice, sponke pa držijo plakat na mestu. Ključavnica v obliki črke U pritrdi stojalo na svetilni drog. En komplet je mogoče sestaviti za manjše plakate ali za srednje velike razstavne stene, tako da ostane manj okvirjev neuporabljenih.

Users can assemble and fix the display stand by means of magnetic absorption and rubber interference matching with four frame rods of different sizes and three accessories. It solves the problem that a single exhibition frame only supports posters of specific size on the market, and when users prepare posters of various sizes, some exhibition frames may be left idle and wasted, and the installation process is complicated, exhibition walls need professional installation and so on. The design can not only meet the requirements of conventional floor display racks, but also be used for the construction of small and medium-sized exhibition walls. At the same time, it is equipped with u-lock structure, so users can quickly fix the exhibition frame on lamppost and other products for the construction of posters or publicity plates. This design brings the user an efficient and convenient new assembly experience.

Inspiracija: How to improve the utilization rate of exhibition racks by purchasing a set of exhibition racks that can be combined into various sizes? Finally, I came up with the design and assembly of childhood toys, Lego and snowflake inserts. Finally, through model verification, I decided to use snowflake, which is more simple and ingenious in form and can be fixed and assembled only on concave and convex sides.
