Ryouriyado Yamazaki je japonský hostinec nachádzajúci sa v meste Echizen, prefektúra Fukui, Japonsko. Pôvodná stavba zo železobetónu bola nahradená drevenou konštrukciou. Do hlavnej budovy bol premiestnený a znovu oživený mohutný súkromný dom postavený približne pred 120 rokmi v tej istej oblasti Hokuriku. Pôvodné výplne otvorov a interiérové materiály boli opätovne použité, aby zostala zachovaná historická atmosféra. Drevo, štuková omietka a recyklované drevené výplne boli spracované tradičnými remeselníkmi. Dvojpodlažný hostinec je navrhnutý tak, aby harmonizoval s drsným pobrežným podnebím.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: The request was to change the RC inn to a wooden structure.
So, we relocated the robust old private house from the same Hokuriku area and revived. This plan was consistent with the owner's concept. This stately private house built 120 years ago was too large to be a general house, but it became the characteristic building as the accommodation facility by reusing.
We also reused all the fittings and interior materials that had been used before not to hurt the atmosphere of the historic house.
