O dizajne BSG Villas Obytná vila

Text knihy: BSG Villas je obytná vila navrhnutá ako príklad súčasnej architektúry. Strecha je celoplošne pokrytá solárnymi panelmi, ktoré vyrábajú energiu potrebnú pre domácnosť. Tvar strechy zároveň umožňuje zachytávanie dažďovej a snehovej vody do zásobníkov, ktoré slúžia ako hlavné nosné prvky budovy. Oceľová konštrukcia spočíva na troch nosných základoch, čím sa znižuje vplyv na pôdu. Vila sa týči 6 metrov nad zemou a vo svojom vrchole dosahuje výšku 23,80 metra. Ozdobný bazén pod ňou je viditeľný cez čiastočne presklenú podlahu.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: The building is a sample of contemporary architecture.The roof of the building is totally covered with a solar panel that produces the energy needed for total energy consumption by the household.Thanks to the roof style, the rain and snow water can be accumulated to be later utilized in the storages which are the main bearings of the building at the same time.The self-contained structure resting on the three bearing bases has a reduced impact on the soil,so allows the soil to enjoy rain and breathe in.

There is a huge ornamental pool on the ground, under the building. From the inside of the house, the pool can be seen due to partly glass floor.
