Scotiabank je firemný interiérový design pre kancelárske priestory s rozlohou 12 000 metrov štvorcových v Mexico City. Dispozícia využíva otvorené priestory na vytvorenie pokojnej a usporiadanej pracovnej atmosféry. Mramor, sklo, drevo, koberce a nábytok sa kombinujú na definovanie jednotlivých zón. Dominujú teplé farby, pričom výrazné tóny na stenách, pilieroch a kobercoch posilňujú firemnú identitu. Prirodzené svetlo a zeleň podporujú pohodu zamestnancov. Priestory pre tímovú prácu podnecujú spoluprácu a interakciu. Design zároveň dodržiava kritériá udržateľnosti, vrátane nízkej energetickej spotreby a použitia štandardizovaných materiálov.

Výrobná technológia: The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.
