One Verdi Park je zmiešaný developerský projekt v Bukurešti v Rumunsku. Dve veže obsahujú byty, kancelárie a maloobchodné priestory s celkovou zastavanou plochou 42 470 metrov štvorcových. Konštrukcia je vyhotovená zo železobetónových stĺpov a nosníkov. Fasáda využíva vetraný systém s bielou povrchovou úpravou z vláknocementu a vysoko výkonné zasklenie zlepšuje akustické a tepelné vlastnosti budovy. Obe veže spája záhrada vo výškovej úrovni a maloobchodná platforma. Zelené terasy a spoločné priestory podporujú interakciu medzi obyvateľmi a pracovníkmi.

The two towers integrate high-end residences, offices, and retail spaces, merging innovative design with sustainability. A bold structural approach enables panoramic views, while premium materials enhance elegance. The project prioritizes urban connectivity and green spaces, offering a seamless blend of luxury and functionality, setting a new benchmark for contemporary city living. Construction started during the pandemic, prompting a significant shift in plans. Originally intended as an office building, the first tower was converted into residential apartments. This timely decision was made after design phases were completed and the three basement levels were built, marking the beginning of the FAST FORWARD CONVERSION project.
