The Verdant Syndicate je polyfunkčný komplex vyvinutý pre 4 269 metrov štvorcových veľký pozemok bývalej poľnohospodárskej pôdy v čínskom Henane. Komplex spája prírodu, udržateľnosť a komunitu v mestskom prostredí, pričom rešpektuje poľnohospodárske dedičstvo pôdy a zároveň vytvára príjem pre miestnych obyvateľov.
