O dizajne The Folding Boat Komunitné centrum

Skladacia loď, umiestnená pozdĺž brehu rieky Harlem, je multifunkčný priestor slúžiaci ako veslárske zariadenie pre komunitnú vysokú školu, malú knižnicu a múzeum venované športovému veslovaniu. S charakteristickou skladanou kovovou strechou táto stavba definuje svoj vnútorný priestor plynulým prelínaním stien do stropov. Umiestnená na rozhraní historických a moderných štvrtí, starostlivé rozmiestnenie prvkov rešpektuje funkčné programy, cirkuláciu a mestský kontext.
