O dizajne W Horse Stud Villa

W Horse Stud je rekreačný dom navrhnutý pre pozemok s výmerou 10000 metrov štvorcových v poľnohospodárskej oblasti Wafra v Kuvajte. Dom je vyvýšený 140 centimetrov nad zemou, aby otváral výhľady na okolité výbehy pre kone. Pôdorys je rozdelený na dve osi. Jedna os obsahuje stajňu pre kone. Druhá obsahuje spálne, jedálenský priestor a veľký obytný priestor orientovaný k bazénu. 40 metrová terasa je zastrešená 3 metrovou vyloženou strechou, ktorá chráni pred slnkom a pieskom. Konštrukcia využíva izolované ľahké tvárnice, sklo, betónovú konštrukciu a ľahkú oceľovú strechu.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: Built on a 10000-m2 site on a farms side of Wafra agriculture area, Kuwait. The house lifted 140 centimeters above the ground to maximize the views of the surrounding horse paddocks. The layout divided into two axes One of them contains the horse stable, while the other dedicated to the bedrooms, dinning and large living area overlocking the swimming pool.
Rozmery a balenie: The 40m terrace shaded with 3m cantilevered roof increases the usable areas also created to work as a protection from the sun and the sandy weather of the region.

Inšpirácia: The main views from the house are quite turned to the desert landscaping, horses and the swimming pool. Guest and family spaces cover larger area of the house overlocking the swimming pool that surrounded with desert landscaping and horse arenas. We also anticipate the moment when the natural aging of the landscape will make the house blend more into the site and improve the intended privacy with maintaining the views.
