O dizajne Laguna 182 Obytná budova

Laguna 182 je obytná budova v meste Itajaí, Santa Catarina, Brazília. Veža má dvadsaťdeväť poschodí a štyridsaťjeden bytov usporiadaných do štrnástich rôznych pôdorysov, pričom na každom poschodí sú dva byty. Fasádu formujú zakrivené a vlnité línie. Vykonzolované betónové terasy menia svoju polohu na každom poschodí, takže každý byt má súkromnú záhradu. Po celej budove rastie prírodná vegetácia. Medzi použité materiály patrí betón, sklo, keramika, pozinkovaná oceľ, hliníkový kompozitný materiál a certifikované drevo. Cieľom návrhu je znížiť environmentálny dopad a podporiť pocit spolupatričnosti.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
