Komi je kompaktný elektromobil s troma dverami a štyrmi sedadlami. Celková dĺžka je pod tri metre, čo je vhodné pre preplnené mestské oblasti a malé parkovacie miesta. Karoséria je vyrobená lisovacím procesom a z viac ako šesťdesiatich percent vysokopevnostnej ocele na ochranu cestujúcich. Integrovaný je systém elektronickej stabilizácie, protiblokovací brzdový systém a elektronická parkovacia brzda. Maximálna rýchlosť je 120 kilometrov za hodinu a dojazd dosahuje 300 kilometrov. Dizajn spĺňa európske bezpečnostné predpisy M1 v rámci rozmerových limitov japonského štandardu K-car.
