Unvisible Landscapes ලාම්පුව පිළිබඳව
Unvisible Landscapes යනු ත්‍රිමාණ ෆ්‍රැක්ටල් (fractal) ආකෘති මත පදනම් වූ ලාම්පු මාලාවකි. මෙහි හැඩතල නාගරික භූදර්ශන මතක් කරයි, ඒවා ෆ්‍රැක්ටල් මාදිලිකරණ මෘදුකාංගයක් භාවිතයෙන් උත්පාදනය කරන ලදී. ත්‍රිමාණ මාදිලිකරණ මෘදුකාංගය තුළ මතුපිටවලට විස්ථාපන සිතියම් (displacement maps) යොදා ගනිමින්, ලැබෙන හැඩතල PLA ෆිලමන්ට් භාවිතයෙන් ත්‍රිමාණ මුද්‍රණය කරන ලදී. එක් එක් මුද්‍රිත වස්තුවට LED ලාම්පු පටි සහ විදුලි බල සැපයුමක් සවි කර ඇති අතර, එමගින් ෆ්‍රැක්ටලය ආලෝකයේ ස්වරූපයෙන් ප්‍රදර්ශනය වේ. මෙම මාලාව ගණිතමය ව්‍යුහයන් භෞතික අවකාශයේ දෘශ්‍යමාන කරන අතර, ඒවා කලාව හා නිර්මාණකලාවේ ක්ෂේත්‍රයට ගෙන එයි.

- 3 dimensional fractals that bring associations with urban landscapes generated in fractal generation software and then transposed to physical space by 3d printing and presented in the form of light.

- Fractal generation through Mandelbulb 3d software. 3d processing was made by applying displacement maps to surfaces in 3d modeling software. Physical objects were printed on a 3d printer with te use of PLA filament and then equipped with LED strips for lighting.

- This design is a part of the project 'Unvisible Spaces' with the aim to visualize and sonify 'unvisible' phenomena that take place in nature and introduce them to the field of art and design.

- Fractals generated by mutation of formulas and navigation in Mandelbulb 3d software. Then rendered and transposed into video, digital prints and 3d prints.
