BSG Villas නේවාසික විලා පිළිබඳව
BSG විලා යනු සමකාලීන වාස්තු විද්‍යාවේ නිදසුනක් ලෙස නිර්මාණය කරන ලද නේවාසික විලා නිවසකි. වහළය සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම සූර්ය පැනල වලින් ආවරණය කර ඇති අතර, ඒවා නිවසට අවශ්‍ය ශක්තිය නිපදවයි. වහළයේ හැඩය මගින් වර්ෂාව හා හිම ජලය ගබඩා ඒකකවලට එකතු කරගැනීමටද හැකියාව ලබා දෙන අතර, එම ගබඩා ඒකක ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ ප්‍රධාන ආධාරක ලෙසද ක්‍රියා කරයි. වානේ ව්‍යුහය ආධාරක පාද තුනක් මත රඳා පවතින අතර, එමගින් පසට ඇති කරන බලපෑම අවම වේ. විලා ගොඩනැගිල්ල භූමියේ සිට මීටර් 6ක් ඉහළින් ඉදිවී ඇති අතර, ඉහළම කොටසේදී මීටර් 23.80ක් දක්වා විහිදේ. පහළින් පිහිටි අලංකාරාත්මක තටාකයක් අර්ධ වශයෙන් වීදුරුමය බිම හරහා දර්ශනය වේ.

- The building is a sample of contemporary architecture.The roof of the building is totally covered with a solar panel that produces the energy needed for total energy consumption by the household.Thanks to the roof style, the rain and snow water can be accumulated to be later utilized in the storages which are the main bearings of the building at the same time.The self-contained structure resting on the three bearing bases has a reduced impact on the soil,so allows the soil to enjoy rain and breathe in.

- The structure is 6.00 m high above the soil. The apex of the building is 23.80 m.
There is a huge ornamental pool on the ground, under the building. From the inside of the house, the pool can be seen due to partly glass floor. - ටැග

- Main inspiration comes from the integration idea of soil and the sky inherently. The residents should feel themselves living free and naturally in by structure provided open and bright space.

- It is a concept design, not located in a specific location.

- Walking over the pool inside the house makes residents feel free and peaceful. Huge glass effect makes people feel not living locked inside of the house, on the contrary integrated with nature.
