With a single unit per floor, the design shapes an ideal duplex lifestyle, enhancing the spaciousness and comfort of the area while bringing the natural seascape indoors to elevate the allure of the space. As the sunlight pours in, it illuminates a rich tapestry of home life.

The entrance immediately draws the eye to the spiral staircase, precisely crafted in terms of position, size, and form. The staircase is complemented by a gold hollow railing that adds a touch of refined elegance. Coupled with the sophisticated lines of imported furniture and ambient lighting, the space transforms into a pure and comfortable daily retreat.
