Yilong International Centre කාර්යාල ගොඩනැගිල්ල පිළිබඳව
යිලොං ඉන්ටර්නැෂනල් සෙන්ටරය චීනයේ ක්විංඩාවෝ නගරයේ පිහිටි කාර්යාල සංකීර්ණයකි. පහළ ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ මුදුනේ ස්ථානගත කර ඇති ගුවන් පාලමක් මගින් කුළුණු දෙක එකට සම්බන්ධ කර ඇත. මෙම පාලම, බෙදා ගත් මණ්ඩප අවකාශයක් රඳවා ගනිමින්, කුළුණු දෙක අතර සිරස් චාලන දාමයක් නිර්මාණය කරයි. පියගැට පෙළ අයුරින් පසුබැසෙන වේදිකා භූදර්ශනයට මුහුණලා ඇති අතර, එමගින් ගොඩනැගිල්ල විසිර ගිය කඳු සමූහයක් සේ දිස්වේ. කුළුණු සඳහා කොන්ක්‍රීට් රාමු core tube සහ රාමු-කැපුම් බිත්ති ව්‍යුහයන් භාවිතා කර ඇති අතර, පාලම සඳහා බහු-ට්‍රස් වානේ ව්‍යුහයක් යොදාගෙන ඇත. මෙම නිර්මාණය ඝන නාගරික ප්‍රදේශයක් ආසන්නයේ ඇති කඳු සහ මුහුද සමඟ සම්බන්ධ කරයි.

- අනන්‍ය ලක්ෂණ
- From the perspective of "managing land and improving the city",the scheme adds an aerial bridge between the two towers,organizes the business form moving line with the concept of three-dimensional city,and forms a vertical complex ecological closed loop. In the face of the landscape,a retreat platform is added,making the building like a scattered mountain,winding up the secluded path,and the natural environment to achieve a “soft” connection,to achieve a harmonious coexistence.

- This project is a high level connecting body structure, in which the super high-rise office is a frame core tube structure, the high-rise office is a frame-shear wall structure, and the connecting body is located on the top of the high-rise office building.Floor and roof of all buildings are cast-in-place concrete beam and slab system.The connecting body adopts multi-truss steel structure, and the side of the super high-rise office building adopts rigid connection, and the side of the high-rise office building adopts sliding support.The floor of the connecting body adopts composite floor.

- The biggest challenge in the design process of the project was the way the two towers were connected. Through constant research and comparison of model tests, we finally chose a way that was most conducive to the spatial design effect.The sufficient openness and sharing of the pavilion space in the cloud is what we want to present finally.

- Yilong International Centre located in Huangdao District, east of Wuyishan Road and north of Changjiang Road, the city environment is relatively mature.The building faces the mountains and the sea around the site, and the images of rivers, forests, streams, valleys, rocks and peaks in nature are applied in the architectural language, creating a space with a harmonious transition between the high-density city and the natural landscape, like a landscape painting or a group of green bonsai.
