Virtual Scenery නివස පිළිබඳව
Virtual Scenery යනු මාකාවෝහි ස්ථානගත වූ වර්ග මීටර් 485ක තට්ටු වර්ගඵලයකින් යුත් නිවසකි. මෙම නිර්මාණය එහි ප්‍රධාන තේමාව ලෙස Sai Van විල මතුපිටෙහි වෙනස් වන ස්වභාවය ගනී. ජලයේ සහ රැල්ලේ වර්ණ විවිධ ඝනත්ව හා කෝණවලින් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් වන අතර, එකම තේමාව භාහිර හා අභ්‍යන්තර යන දෙකෙහිම භාවිතා කර ඇත. දැව නිමාවන් සහ රටාවලින් යුත් දැව බිම, ජීවත්වන ප්‍රදේශවලට උණුසුම එක් කරයි. විවිධ ගැඹුරුකම් සහිත වර්ණ, ක්‍රියාකාරී කලාප වෙන් කරයි. පඩිපෙළ කළු ලෝහ දඬු සමඟ ෂැම්පේන් වර්ණ අත්පොළු ඒකාබද්ධ කරයි. අඩු වර්ණ තීව්‍රතාවයෙන් යුත් ද්‍රව්‍ය, දෘශ්‍ය පීඩනය අඩු කරමින් සන්සුන් වාතාවරණයක් පවත්වා ගැනීමට සහාය වේ.

Virtual Scenery නివස ඉහළින් අගය කරන, ප්‍රශංසා කරන සහ ආදරය කරන ප්‍රායෝගික සහ නවීන නිර්මාණයක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ. Virtual Scenery නివස එහි සවිස්තරාත්මකභාවය වෙනුවෙන් ගෞරවයට පාත්‍ර වන අතර ජීවන ගුණාත්මකභාවය වැඩිදියුණු කර ලෝකය වඩා හොඳ තැනක් කිරීමට උපකාරී වන ලෙස නිර්මාණය කර ඇත.

- අනන්‍ය ලක්ෂණ
- The wood finishes of overall interior increase the warmth of living, and the patterned wood floor shows the changeable Sai Van Lake. The arrangement of color depth divides the area functions and increases the scale of space. As the intermediate space that connects upper floor and lower floor, the stairs impress the users with black metal bars and champagne handrails of vivid colors. Regular color proportion creates such visual extension that connects two areas.
