Purpose:

- To fully embrace the Ou River's natural landscape, the design features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, seamlessly connecting interior spaces with exterior views. Ample natural light reduces reliance on artificial lighting, while low-emission glass and energy-efficient materials ensure sustainability.
