نيوبيڊ آرام دائق آرام لاءِ ٺهيل هڪ گدو آهي. ھِن گدي جا ڪنڊا گول آهن ۽ ان تي اسٽريچ پالئيسٽر جو ڪور چڙهيل آهي، جو جسم جي جوڙجڪ مطابق ڍري ٿي وڃي ٿو. اندران، هاء ريزيلينس پاليوريٿين فوم مان ٺهيل سيکڙو منی اسپرنگ الڳ الڳ آرام واريون زونون بناوين ٿا. اِنهن زونن جي سختي گدي جي ڊيگهه سان مختلف رهي ٿي، جيئن جسم جي هر حصي کي مناسب سهارو ملي سکي. هوا اندريان خالي جڳهين مان آزادانه گذري ٿي، جيڪا فوم جي هوا بازي (وينٽيليشن) کي بهتر بنائي ٿي. هر پرت کي ڪمپيوٽر ڪنٽرول ٿيل مشين سان ڪٽيو وڃي ٿو ۽ پوءِ ان کي ايندڙ پرت سان چنبڙايو وڃي ٿو.

Nubed گدو A' Design Award لوهه انعام جو کٽيندڙ آهي، معزز اعتراف جيڪو انهن سٺين ڊيزائنن کي ڏنو وڃي ٿو جيڪي چڱيءَ طرح ڊزائين ڪيل تخليقن کان متوقع پيشه ورانه ۽ صنعتي گهرجون پوريون ڪن ٿيون. لوهه جا کٽيندڙ پنهنجي خالقن جي وڏي مهارت، اعليٰ ماهري، ماهرانه سمجھ ۽ تخليقي صلاحيت ڏيکارين ٿا. Nubed گدو کان اميد ڪئي وڃي ٿي ته اهو هڪ تمام گهڻو قدر ڪيل، ساراهيل ۽ پياري تخليق هوندو جيڪو عملي ۽ جدت وارو آهي. هي ڊيزائن جنهن A' Design Award لوهه انعام کٽيو آهي، صنعت جا بهترين طريقا گڏ ڪري ٿو ۽ علم ۽ صلاحيت سان ڳنڍيل قابل ٽيڪنيڪل خاصيتون رکي ٿو. Nubed گدو جي سنجيدگيءَ ڪري عزت ڪئي وڃي ٿي ۽ اهو زندگيءَ جي معيار ۾ بهتري آڻڻ لاءِ ٺاهيل آهي جيڪا دنيا کي بهتر جڳهه بڻائڻ ۾ مدد ڪري ٿي.

منفرد خاصيتون: Is a mattress with an unique look, with rounded corners to remind us that going to bed should be smooth and relaxing. The stretch fabric easily contours to the body. Inside there are hundreds of minisprings made of high resilience foam that create independent resting minizones that vary their firmness along the mattress to provide the right support to each part of the body. Thru its interior spaces the air moves freely solving the ventilation problems that is present in most foam mattres.

پيداواري ٽيڪنالاجي: The design of the core and comfort layers were made applying ergonomic principles with CAD software. Using a CNC contouring machine each layer was cut in two dimensions from a high resilience polyurethane foam block. The layers are glued together with hotmelt adhesive. The cover was cut and sewn and it is made from polyester stretch fabric.
ڊزائين چيلينج: To find a way to make a mattress that was different from the average mattress and its look had to communicate this in the first impression. The design of the core or support system was challenging because it had to be functional and offer both support and comfort at the same time all these was possible selecting proper fabrication materials and using technologies like CAD software and CNC machines.
تحقيق: The goal of the project was to present an innovative type of mattress, starting from the design of the support system which was possible thanks to an ergonomic and mechanical analysis of a mattress. The support forces of the system were calculated according to the body’s weight distribution resulting in different comfort areas with different amount of support.
الهام: In the world there are people who see and make things in a different way from other people and dream about making changes in aspects of life that really matters. All of them want to make a difference in this world. Every important project or task starts with a dream and those dreamers need the perfect place to start dreaming, a peaceful and comfortable mattress that reminds them how unique they are.
منصوبي جو عرصو: Started in 2019 and finished in 2021 in Mexico City.
عمل جو فلو: The user only needs lay down and the mattress will work adapting to the body and providing the right amount of support. No matters if the person sleeps on its back, side or stomach the minisprings inside will gently compress and contour to the body helping to release pressure. In case the mattress would need to be move it is easy to do it because it is light weight but very resistant.
