لارما ايران جي اتر ۾ روئان ۾ واقع هڪ اپارٽمينٽ بلڊنگ آهي. عمارت ۾ ڇَه منزلون ۽ ٻارهن يونٽ آهن. هڪ گيبل ڇَت مازندران جي سرءُ ۽ سياري جي مينهوڳي جي جواب ۾ ٺهيل آهي ۽ مقامي تعميراتي روايت جي پيروي ڪري ٿي. سِرَ، جو ايراني معماري ۾ گھڻي وقت کان استعمال ٿيندڙ مواد آهي، اهو عمارت جي بنيادي سطحن کي ترتيب ڏئي ٿو. ڪاٺ جي دريءَ جي چوپاسي ۾ رکيل رنگين شيشو راهدارين ۽ زِيڙهين وارن حصن ۾ رنگين روشني آڻي ٿو. اڳئين پاسي تي ٻوٽا ۽ سرسبز جھار مازندران جي ٻيلن کي ياد ڪرائين ٿا، جڏهن ته وسيع سرسبز ٽيرَس علائقي جي صحن جي ياد تازي ڪن ٿا.

Larma اپارٽمنٽ بلڊنگ A' Design Award لوهه انعام جو کٽيندڙ آهي، معزز اعتراف جيڪو انهن سٺين ڊيزائنن کي ڏنو وڃي ٿو جيڪي چڱيءَ طرح ڊزائين ڪيل تخليقن کان متوقع پيشه ورانه ۽ صنعتي گهرجون پوريون ڪن ٿيون. لوهه جا کٽيندڙ پنهنجي خالقن جي وڏي مهارت، اعليٰ ماهري، ماهرانه سمجھ ۽ تخليقي صلاحيت ڏيکارين ٿا. Larma اپارٽمنٽ بلڊنگ کان اميد ڪئي وڃي ٿي ته اهو هڪ تمام گهڻو قدر ڪيل، ساراهيل ۽ پياري تخليق هوندو جيڪو عملي ۽ جدت وارو آهي. هي ڊيزائن جنهن A' Design Award لوهه انعام کٽيو آهي، صنعت جا بهترين طريقا گڏ ڪري ٿو ۽ علم ۽ صلاحيت سان ڳنڍيل قابل ٽيڪنيڪل خاصيتون رکي ٿو. Larma اپارٽمنٽ بلڊنگ جي سنجيدگيءَ ڪري عزت ڪئي وڃي ٿي ۽ اهو زندگيءَ جي معيار ۾ بهتري آڻڻ لاءِ ٺاهيل آهي جيڪا دنيا کي بهتر جڳهه بڻائڻ ۾ مدد ڪري ٿي.

- منفرد خاصيتون
- The Larma apartment project is designed in 6 floors and 12 units. It is located in the north of Iran, Mazandaran. Due to the climatic conditions of Mazandaran, rainfall in winter and autumn, a gable roof is used, which is a model of old and native architecture. The architecture of this building is inspired by Iranian and also local architecture. Using bricks, that is a symbol of Iranian architecture and local materials, is one of the main ideas of this project. To respect the environment, shrubs and green plants in the facade that symbolizes the forests of Mazandaran are used.

- The dimensions of project are 15 m in width x 25 m in length x 30.75 m in height.

- Decorations had a special place in Iranian architecture and colored glass is a symbol of Iranian architecture. Using colored glass between the wooden frames of windows and corridors and stair windows that radiant colored light in the building, In addition to their beauty, Iranians believe that it keeps insects and reptiles away.
Moreover, using large and green terraces is a symbol of the yards of Mazandaran. - الهام
- The inspiration of the project is based on Iranian and indigenous architecture.
