ولا اينٽيوکيا ڊومينيڪن ريپبلڪ جي ڪيپ ڪانا، پنٽا ڪانا ۾ واقع هڪ خانگي رهائشگاه آهي. اهو گھر 2630 چورس ميٽر جي پلاٽ تي 1130 چورس ميٽر تعمير جي ايراضي ۾ پکڙيل آهي. ڊزائن اهڙيون اندروني جايون تخليق ڪري ٿي جي جسماني ۽ نظرياتي طور تي سائيٽ جي ٻاهرين ايراضين سان پار ٿيل (Permeable) آهن. مقامي موسمي حالتن قدرتي هوا بازي جي استعمال جي رهنمائي ڪئي. منهن (facade) تي هڪ وسيع ڪينٽيليور داخلي دروازي جي حد بيان ٿي (Threshold) ٺاهي ٿو. مقامي طور تراشيل پٿر، ڪاٺ جي کوپن ۽ وڏي پيماني جي مارٻل ٽائلز مادي جي پيليٽ کي شڪل ڏين ٿيون.

Its design is influenced by the conditions of the location, in the use of climatic strategies to opt for natural ventilation, as well as the delight of the landscape and generate transformable spaces.
