هيءُ هَب (The Hub) هيلس ويل، وڪٽوريا، آسٽريليا ۾ سياحت لاءِ ٺهيل هڪ مخلوط استعمال ترقياتي منصوبو آهي. هي پروجيڪٽ هڪ ورثي واري مارڪيٽ، هڪ ايپيڪيورين سينٽر، هڪ برووري، هڪ هوٽل، هڪ ريسٽورنٽ ۽ هڪ فنڪشن سينٽر گڏي ٺاهيو ويو آهي. هڪ پيادل رستو (pedestrian link) ڇهن ايڪڙن جي پوري وسعت تي سمورن استعمالن کي پاڻ ۾ ڳنڍي ٿو. عمارتون زمين جي مٿاڇري (topography) موجب قدم بقدم هيٺ لهنديون وڃن ٿيون، ۽ مٽيءَ سان لاڳاپيل مواد هن ترقياتي منصوبي کي پسگردائي واري منظرنامي سان ڳنڍين ٿا. ڊزائن جو تصور ٻاهرئين ماحول کي اندر آڻڻ ۽ هلندڙ سياحن لاءِ هنڌ کي کليل رکڻ آهي. مقصد اهو آهي ته مقامي سياحت جي مدد ڪئي وڃي، جڏهن ته پاڙي جي مخصوص خاصيت به برقرار رکي وڃي.
