اڪيڊمي هڪ آفيس اندروني ڊيزائن آهي، جيڪا روزاني ڪم، ڪمپني جي پروگرامن ۽ تربيتي سيشنن لاءِ ٺاهي وئي آهي. داخلي دروازو هڪ شش ڪُنڊو (hexagonal) روشنيءَ واري فيڪسچر سان روشن ڪيل آهي، جيڪو ڪمپني جي ڪيمسٽري واري پس منظر کي ظاهر ڪري ٿو. شيشي جا پارٽيشن، جن ۾ جيليٽن ڪيپسول ڀريل آهن، رازداري مهيا ڪن ٿا ۽ فارماسيوٽيڪل صنعت ڏانهن اشارو ڪن ٿا. آرامده ويهڻ جون جايون، هڪ ڪيفي، هڪ لائبريري ۽ گڏجاڻين جا ڪمرا، جن ۾ گرافڪس، انٽرايڪٽو اسڪرينون ۽ معلوماتي ڊايگرام شامل آهن، هڪ تعليمي ماحول پيدا ڪن ٿا. گرم ڪاٺ، چمڙي جون ويهڻ واريون سيٽون ۽ ڳاڙهي (dark blue) ديوارون 650 چورس ميٽر جي هن جڳهه کي مڪمل ڪن ٿيون، جيڪا ٽن برابر منزلن تي ترتيب ڏنل آهي.

Academy آفيس اندروني ڊيزائن A' Design Award لوهه انعام جو کٽيندڙ آهي، معزز اعتراف جيڪو انهن سٺين ڊيزائنن کي ڏنو وڃي ٿو جيڪي چڱيءَ طرح ڊزائين ڪيل تخليقن کان متوقع پيشه ورانه ۽ صنعتي گهرجون پوريون ڪن ٿيون. لوهه جا کٽيندڙ پنهنجي خالقن جي وڏي مهارت، اعليٰ ماهري، ماهرانه سمجھ ۽ تخليقي صلاحيت ڏيکارين ٿا. Academy آفيس اندروني ڊيزائن کان اميد ڪئي وڃي ٿي ته اهو هڪ تمام گهڻو قدر ڪيل، ساراهيل ۽ پياري تخليق هوندو جيڪو عملي ۽ جدت وارو آهي. هي ڊيزائن جنهن A' Design Award لوهه انعام کٽيو آهي، صنعت جا بهترين طريقا گڏ ڪري ٿو ۽ علم ۽ صلاحيت سان ڳنڍيل قابل ٽيڪنيڪل خاصيتون رکي ٿو. - منفرد خاصيتون
- An ergonomic yet educational and inspiring setting to serve company events and offices. The entrance is lit by hexagonal lighting fixture, designed to reflect the chemistry background of the company, as well as various glass partitions filled with gelatin capsules. To create an educational friendly atmosphere we introduced casual seating areas, a cafe and meeting rooms with graphics narrating the company story, multimedia interactive screens, a library, and information diagrams.

- پيداواري ٽيڪنالاجي
- The floating hexagonal formation of solid wooden frames and lights together with the exposed metallic ventilation system at the entrance represents the industrial pharmaceutical business of the company. The mixture of warm natural wood, leather seats, glass partitions and textile curtains gave the space a genuine look while the dark blue color walls and featured doors represent again knowledge and learning.

- The main problem was the tight deadline that coincided with the company re-branding activities which created many constrains that were resolved by customizing many items on site. Also the onsite construction of the glass partitions with the capsules was challenging to produce consistent and void free aesthetic partitions.
- تحقيق
- We studied employees needs, spending time at the company to come up with valuable working methods that serves future growth as well as the ethical culture in the company. Selecting suitable quotes and posters to represent each meeting room as one of the company branches across the world was an eye opener to users, while filling the glass partitions with gelatin capsules to achieve privacy in some spaces add an elegant charm to the offices and emphasis the pharmaceutical industry.

We approached the project by introducing educational design concepts to create a multidisciplinary office and meeting space, taking the company history and growth and geographical reach mixed with the family culture to reflect on this simple yet modern and friendly open space design. - منصوبي جو عرصو
- The project started in May 2018 and finished in October 2018 in Amman Jordan.
- عمل جو فلو
- Dynamic space allows employees to experience new concepts of work through learning in a positive and creative atmosphere and sense of belonging. A variety of working setups were introduced; benches, high desks, traditional desks, casual seating areas, interactive screens altogether to encourage performance in a productive and creative way. The space is used also to hold events, seminars and training sessions.
