The façade features transparent, coated and tempered glass curtain walls, offering both UV protection and thermal insulation. Light gray stones with a matte finish deliver delicate texture and enhanced weather resistance. Metal profiles are sprayed with fluorocarbon for durability, corrosion resistance, and a refined texture. The design achieves a dialogue between transparent and solid materials, using cutting, polishing, and bending techniques to ensure structural stability and business style.

Creating a landmark building in a hightech industrial zone while blending harmoniously with its surroundings was a major challenge. The hotel employs a contemporary business aesthetic, using transparent glass and textured stone to define the form of the building and highlight its highend business style. The carefully chosen low saturation neutral tones allow the facade to mirror the natural scenery of Phoenix Lake, achieving a harmonious dialogue between architecture, city, and nature.
