This product uses silicon carbide fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composite material and near-net-shape forming through additive manufacturing to achieve high temperature resistance and lightweight. Each functional module can be rapidly reconfigured via electromagnetic locking and thermal control interfaces. Key load-bearing components undergo electron beam welding and vacuum heat treatment to meet extreme environmental requirements.
ᱰᱤᱡᱟᱭᱱ ᱪᱮᱞᱮᱧ
During the product design process, many problems arose in the assembly of the various modular devices. Finally, through exploration, a unified and standardized rapid assembly solution was completed.
ᱜᱚᱵᱮᱥᱚᱱᱟ
This product uses standardized interfaces to quickly combine units such as movement, drilling, analysis, and power supply, enabling multi-functional vehicles, on-orbit maintenance and upgrades, significantly reducing mission costs and risks, and supporting the sustainable development and utilization of future space resources.
ᱯᱨᱮᱨᱚᱱᱟ
As lunar, Mars, and asteroid exploration missions deepen, traditional single-use spacecraft are costly, time-consuming, and poorly adaptable, making them unsuitable for meeting the diverse needs of resource exploration and exploitation. Intensified commercial competition in the Earth-Moon space sector necessitates a scalable and reconfigurable universal platform. Modular space resource exploration vehicles have emerged to address this need.
ᱯᱨᱚᱡᱮᱠᱴ ᱥᱚᱢᱚᱭ
The project was launched in Qingdao, China in January 2024 and concluded in Qingdao, China in December 2025.
ᱠᱟᱹᱢᱤ ᱦᱚᱨ
Each module can be quickly assembled and disassembled through standardized interfaces. The navigator vehicle is responsible for path planning and environmental detection, while the resource vehicle is responsible for material transportation and equipment deployment. This not only meets the needs of deep space exploration and space station resupply, but also reduces the risk of single-module failure through separate execution, providing a flexible platform for sustainable space exploration.
