बिन्है सेकेण्ड सब तिआनजिन रेयाः एक्को चोख निदान केन्द्र काना। भितरी भाग 373 वर्ग मिटर लेकाते सोरेस अकातेय, आर मेडिकल, खुचकाव (रिटेल) आर कला रेयाः बिसिन एकातर सन्देस काना। सामनेयाः रूप सादा-रकम मेंतेत गति रेयाः रंग बदल लय अकाना। छोटा-रकम आर्क (arcs) कान भितरी सजाव लगिन साथे मिलेत बना अकाना, जाहाँ ले जायगाहा गढ़ आ। एक्को सिधाव जाहान बाटे सिमिन जायगाहा रेयाः पूरा उपयोग होयोक कान। दोसर तला रे जाँच केन्द्र मेनाक्, जाहाँ ओड़ाक् (spanning) डिजाइन एक्को शान्त आर खुला वातावरण उदुक ओका। सामग्री रे दारू, धातु सिलिं, हरियाळ गाछ-गाछी, बिजली नैनोमिटर काँच आर ठेठ-निर्मित चमड़ा सोफा सामिल आकाना।
