Among them, 83% have exercise habits, and only 12% have the habit of exercising after the outbreak. The epidemic not only caused people to lack exercise and their resistance gradually declined, but also caused people to panic. Exercise can help us keep fit, and it also produces dopamine, which makes people feel happy. Vitality can help people exercise in the limited space at home.
