लिङ्किङ्-स्टूल इति शिशुविद्यालयोपयोगाय निर्मितं पृष्ठाधाररहितम् आसनम् अस्ति। एतत् आसनं वृत्ताकारं, शाकवृक्षकाष्ठेन (टीकवुड) निर्मितं, तथा ४०० गुणित २४५ गुणित २३० मिलिमीटरपरिमाणं वर्तते। संयोजकफलकं संयोजकदण्डश्च आसनस्य छिद्रेषु समुचितरूपेण स्थाप्यते, येन बहूनि एकककानि शीघ्रं संयोजयितुं वियोजयितुं वा शक्यन्ते। एषा संयोजनप्रणाली साइकिलशृङ्खलायाः (बाइसिकल-चेन) प्रेरणया कल्पिता। संयोजितानि आसनानि बालकान् समीपे उपविश्य शिक्षकस्य परितः क्रीडां कर्तुं समर्थं कुर्वन्ति। एषा रचना आसनव्यवस्थां विकीर्णरूपेण न स्थापयित्वा सुव्यवस्थितरूपेण रक्षति, तथा च समूहक्रियाकलापानां पर्यवेक्षणे सहायकं भवति।
