सूझान-चायकक्षः इति नाम शान्तचायास्वादनार्थं निर्मितं चायगृहस्य आन्तरिकसंरचनम् अस्ति। एतत् अभिकल्पनं पारम्परिकपौर्वात्यतत्त्वानि आधुनिकन्यूनतमपद्धत्या सह संयोजयति। कल्पना वाबि-साबि-सौन्दर्यशास्त्रात् आकृष्टा अस्ति, यत् अपूर्णतायाम् अपि सौन्दर्यं पश्यति। काष्ठं वंशश्च विस्तृतरूपेण प्रयुज्यन्ते, एतानि च प्राकृतिकद्रव्याणि कालक्रमेण दृश्यरूपेण पुरातनानि भवन्ति। वर्णयोजना पाण्डुवर्ण-कषायवर्ण-कृष्णवर्णानाम् आधारेण निर्मिता अस्ति। पाण्डुवर्णाः भित्तयः छादनं च मृदु-उष्णं वातावरणं ददति, यत्र रक्तवर्णं चायपीठं कषायवर्णैः अलङ्करणतत्त्वैः सह वैषम्यं दर्शयति। लिपिकला, चित्राणि, प्रतिमाः शुष्कपुष्पाणि च शान्तवातावरणं संवर्धयन्ति।
