बेवर्ली-निवासः हांगकांगस्य हैप्पी-वैली-प्रदेशे स्थितः एकः आवासीयः आन्तरिकः अभिकल्पना-प्रकल्पः अस्ति। एतत् गृहं १३० वर्गमीटर-परिमितं व्याप्नोति, यत्र बैठकीकक्षः, भोजनक्षेत्रं, पाकगृहं, शयनकक्षाः, क्रीडाकक्षश्च सन्ति। एकः विशालः कृष्णवर्णीयः काष्ठनिर्मितः उत्तरालम्बः (architrave) प्रवेशद्वारं चिह्नयति। कृष्णवर्णीयाः चापद्वाराणि प्रवेशमार्गाश्च विभिन्नक्षेत्राणि पृथक् कुर्वन्ति, तथापि सम्पूर्णं योजनाबद्धं स्वरूपं सम्बद्धं रक्षन्ति। अनुकूलितः संगमरमरनिर्मितः अग्निकुण्डः, कुशलतया रचिताः प्रदर्शनकपाटाः, विशिष्टरूपेण निर्मिताः कुर्सयश्च बैठकीकक्षं अलङ्कुर्वन्ति। उष्णवर्णं संरचितं रङ्गलेपनं, काष्ठनिर्मिताः अलङ्कारांशाः, कैलाकाट्टा-वायोला-संगमरमरं च द्रव्यपट्टिकां (material palette) निर्माति। शिल्पात्मकाः वनस्पतयः कक्षेषु ऊर्ध्वाधरतां (verticality) योजयन्ति।

- Upon entering the apartment, one is greeted by a large black wooden architrave. Black archways and portals cleverly separate yet connect different areas smoothly. The living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and playroom are well organized, catering to daily living and bringing a cozy, diverse experience to the occupants.
