एषः परियोजना वाणिज्यिकः उद्यमः अस्ति यत्र व्ययस्य परिरक्षणं महत्त्वपूर्णम् आसीत्। परन्तु आर्थिकविचाराणां साम्यं कुर्वन् उन्मुक्तसागरदृश्यं, लघुसंरचनां, ग्राम्यसौन्दर्यं च आलिङ्गन् आदर्शप्रस्तावः साकारीकृतः। रूपाङ्कने लगभग शतवर्गमीटरपरिमितस्य आन्तरिकक्षेत्रस्य विभाजकभित्तिं निष्कास्य अमूल्यां दृष्टिं ग्रहीतुं संशोधनं कृतम्। प्रवेशद्वारे उन्नतमञ्चः विद्यते यत्र प्रक्षालनबालुकाकार्यं सम्पाद्यते। सा सोपानैः विभिन्नशयनकक्षेभ्यः प्रवेशमार्गाय च सम्बद्धा, वातायने स्थितं अर्धबाह्यजकूज़ीप्रति नयति, यत् रचनायाः केन्द्रं निर्माति।

- With an indoor area of about 100 square meters, the design strategy involved removing a room partition wall to capture the priceless view. The entrance is characterized by a raised platform with a wash and sand function, connected by stairs to different bedrooms and the entryway, culminating in a semi-outdoor Jacuzzi on the balcony—forming the core of the design.

- The inspiration for this high-rise residential project, situated on the oceanfront's first row, was drawn from the breathtaking 270-degree panoramic seascape. The expansive windows and 90-degree wrap-around balcony are integral to the design, offering an unobstructed view that nurtures a luxurious and romantic living experience.

- The project started in Jan. 2023 and finished in May. 2023 in China.

- The removal of one room's partition walls opened up the space, merging it with the existing dining and living area. This, along with the raised floor near the entrance, achieved an unobstructed flow, defining public and private domains within the residence.
