२०तमवार्षिकोत्सवः चीनदेशस्य पूर्वोत्तर-विश्वविद्यालयस्य कला-महाविद्यालयार्थं निर्मितं चिह्नम् अस्ति। इदं चिह्नं महाविद्यालयस्य स्थापनायाः विंशतिवर्षाणि सूचयति। अस्य अभिकल्पने २० इति संख्या पवनचक्रस्य, पुष्पाणां, फीतानां च प्रतिमाभिः सह संयोजिता वर्तते। चतस्रः फीताः महाविद्यालयस्य चतुर्णां मुख्यपाठ्यक्रमाणां प्रतिनिधित्वं कुर्वन्ति। चिह्नम् इदं चतुर्वर्ण-मुद्रणविधिना, कांस्यलेपनेन, उत्कीर्णनप्रविधिना च निर्मितम्। एतत् चिह्नं मुद्रितदस्तावेजेषु, स्मारकवस्तुषु, सांस्कृतिकपण्येषु च प्रयुज्यते। अस्य उद्देश्यं चीनदेशे विदेशेषु च स्थितैः पूर्वच्छात्रैः सह एतम् उत्सवं सहभागीकर्तुम् अस्ति।
