लर्मा नामकं आवासभवनं इराणदेशस्य उत्तरभागे रोयान्-नगरे स्थितम् अस्ति। अस्मिन् भवने षट् तलानि द्वादश च गृहाणि सन्ति। त्रिकोणाकारं छादनं मज़न्दरान्-प्रदेशस्य शरद्-हेमन्तर्तुयोः वर्षां प्रति उत्तरं ददाति, स्थानीयनिर्माणपरम्परां च अनुसरति। इष्टिका, या इराणीयवास्तुकलायां चिरात् प्रयुक्ता वर्तते, मुख्यसतहानां निर्माणसामग्री भवति। काष्ठनिर्मितगवाक्षचतुरस्रेषु स्थापितं रञ्जितकाचं वीथिका-सोपानप्रदेशयोः रञ्जितं प्रकाशं आनयति। अग्रभागस्थाः क्षुपाः हरितवनस्पतयश्च मज़न्दरान्-प्रदेशस्य वनानि स्मारयन्ति, बृहत्याः हरितच्छत्तालिकाः च तत्प्रदेशस्य आङ्गनानि स्मारयन्ति।

Larma आवासभवनम् A' Design Award लौहपुरस्कारस्य विजेता अस्ति; इदं प्रतिष्ठितं मान्यताप्रदानं तेभ्य उत्तमेभ्योऽभिकल्पेभ्यो दीयते ये सुनिर्मितेभ्यः सृष्टिभ्योऽपेक्षिताः व्यावसायिकीः औद्योगिकीश्चावश्यकताः पूरयन्ति। लौहविजेतारः स्वनिर्मातॄणां महत् कौशलम्, उच्चां विशेषज्ञताम्, विशेषज्ञोचितां बोधशक्तिं सृजनसामर्थ्यं च प्रदर्शयन्ति। Larma आवासभवनम् अत्यन्तं मूल्यवती प्रशंसिता प्रिया च सृष्टिर्व्यावहारिका नवोन्मेषयुक्ता च भविष्यतीति प्रत्याशा क्रियते। A' Design Award लौहपुरस्कारं जितवद् एतद् अभिकल्पकार्यम् उद्योगस्य श्रेष्ठतमाः पद्धतीः समन्वयति ज्ञानेन प्रतिभया च संयुक्तानि सक्षमप्राविधिकलक्षणानि च धारयति। Larma आवासभवनम् स्वसूक्ष्मसमीक्षायाः कारणाद् आद्रियते जीवनस्तरसुधारम् अर्पयितुं च निर्मितम् अस्ति, यद् विश्वम् उत्तमतरं स्थानं कर्तुं साहाय्यं करोति।

- अद्वितीयगुणाः
- The Larma apartment project is designed in 6 floors and 12 units. It is located in the north of Iran, Mazandaran. Due to the climatic conditions of Mazandaran, rainfall in winter and autumn, a gable roof is used, which is a model of old and native architecture. The architecture of this building is inspired by Iranian and also local architecture. Using bricks, that is a symbol of Iranian architecture and local materials, is one of the main ideas of this project. To respect the environment, shrubs and green plants in the facade that symbolizes the forests of Mazandaran are used.

- The dimensions of project are 15 m in width x 25 m in length x 30.75 m in height.
