शेनझेन-इम्पीरियल-पार्कनामकं चीनदेशस्य शेनझेन-उपसागरे स्थितं द्विशयनगृह-शिखरगृहस्य आन्तरिकसज्जास्थानम् अस्ति। एतद् निवासस्थानं ११०० वर्गमीटरपरिमितं व्याप्नोति, सामुद्रदृश्येन एकान्तपरिवेशेन च युक्तम् अस्ति। मृदुः धूसर-श्वेतवर्णः गाढैः, म्लानैः च काष्ठवर्णैः सह संयोजितः, कृष्णधातुना च परिरेखितः अस्ति। प्राकृतिकप्रकाशः, द्रव्याणां मध्ये क्रमिकपरिवर्तनानि, परिष्कृतसन्धिविवरणानि च शान्तं संयतं वातावरणं निर्मान्ति। बैठकगृहस्य उच्चं छादनम् अस्ति, तथा च व्यक्तिगता वातायनी विंशतिमीटरातिरिक्तं विस्तृता अस्ति। दीर्घवातायनानि आन्तरिकभागं पर्वतानां सागरस्य च दिशि उद्घाटयन्ति।

- The high ceiling in the living room brings in magnificence, and the long private balcony over 20 meters incorporates hill,sea,sunshine and the warmth of home. Full-length window extends infinitely,and the clean lines,simple finish and natural material highlight the whole space.Between openness and privacy,all flows are delicately arranged.

Based on a new understanding of luxury, the design expresses thinking on returning to life in a perspective of contemporary aesthetics. - The project started in December 2017 in Shenzhen, China and finished in November 2018.
- प्रचालनप्रवाहः
- There is no excessiveness inside the space. Instead,simple but multi-layer materials are used to create quiet and introvert ambience. In a certain dimension, the ’inaction’ advocated by Chinese Daoism shares the same meaning with ‘Less Is More’ by western modernism architecture. It looks like being set up carelessly, but naturally. It is wise and free, coordinated and eternal.
