चांगले-लानशान इति विक्रयकेन्द्रं चीनदेशस्य फुजियान-प्रान्तस्य फूझोउ-नगरे स्थितम् अस्ति। अस्य आन्तरिकं क्षेत्रम् ८०० वर्गमीटर-परिमितं वर्तते, यत्र नवनिर्मितगृहाणां निर्माणयोजनाः आगन्तुकेभ्यः प्रदर्श्यन्ते। एकमेव भित्तिद्रव्यं पुनः पुनः प्रयुज्य स्थानिकस्तराः निर्मिताः, छदिः-अभिकल्पना च वास्तुशिल्पस्य बाह्यरूपम् अनुसरति। कलास्थापनानि छदिःदीपाश्च स्थानीयां नौकासंस्कृतिं वस्त्रनिर्माणपरम्परां च निर्दिशन्ति। द्रव्येषु सीमेन्ट-गुहाशिला, माया-धूसरसंगमरमरः, प्राग-धूसरसंगमरमरः काष्ठसदृशलेपनं च सन्ति। इयम् अभिकल्पना प्राच्यदेशीयानि छादनाग्राणि फूझोउ-नगरस्य वीथिकाश्च स्मारयति।

- The main theme of the space of the project takes inspiration from the natural status for people to empty their mind. The architecture combines the eaves elements of the oriental architecture culture with modern design as well as integrates the local lanes culture in Fuzhou City in it. As to the interior decoration, the project demonstrates the local traditional industry in the ornaments and the lakes culture in the display in negotiation area.
