Ubushakashatsi: Through industry surveys and user interviews, we have gained in-depth insights into the needs and pain points of enterprise employees. The surveys have revealed the daily pain points in corporate office operations. Our research has found that employees face inefficiencies in office scenarios such as enterprise information retrieval, office collaboration, cross-platform application access, and daily document usage. Additionally, employees are exposed to complex internet access environments every day, which can easily lead to corporate data security issues.
Ibyatumye Habaho: Enterprises face multiple challenges in office efficiency, with widespread issues including decentralized cross-departmental data, low efficiency of traditional retrieval methods, employees spending substantial time on document processing and cross-system information retrieval, escalating risks in asset management and control, and potential data leakage hazards in API calls and cross-border access. Therefore, China Telecom's Tianyi Cloud has launched Intelligent aone cffice to reshape enterprise productivity.
